The orchard will exhibit fruit trees that constitute the typical orchard in the houses’ backyards of this countryside, such as plum trees, apple trees, Brazilian guava trees, orange trees, tangerine trees, chestnut trees, lemon trees, fig trees, among others. Once again, with the concern of promoting a sustainable development, the entrepreneurs will have the vegetable garden, as the orchard, working in a biological system, where organic fertilizers and/or green manures will be used in the preparation and maintenance of soil and crops. Everything produced here will be seeded according to the respective season of the year and will be used for in-house consumption.
All the orchard and garden maintenance will include an educational aspect as the tourist can get involved/participate directly in it, particularly during the time of pruning or even picking the fruit for jam’s confection.
