The Houses

It is the house that was used to store some of the harvests from the agricultural year, such as potatoes and corn leaves to feed the animals. In winter, when lighting was provided by oil lamps, it was the place chosen for the family to gather in the evening to husk the corn. After lunch, it was the place chosen by the owner of the house to take a nap away from the noise and bustle typical of a house of this kind. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a wood-burning stove that provides heat for the bedroom, a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Outside, there is a patio area. This house is equipped to accommodate guests with reduced mobility.

For the entertainment of its guests, and free of charge, Casa da Folha offers Wi-Fi, cable TV, a small library, board games, access to the garden and adjacent areas of the house, and private parking.
